Before meeting Father Christmas, children write their very own Christmas letter and post it straight into our North Pole postbox.

Every paying child receives an age-appropriate present from Father Christmas, straight from the Elves' workshop.
📸 Professional photos
Our elf photographers capture the moment, with souvenir photographs available to buy after your visit. We'd love you to keep phones tucked away in the Grotto: live in the moment, treasure the memory, and let us capture it for you.

Bookings use 15-minute arrival windows to keep queues short and the experience relaxed.

While you wait, children write their letter in the North Pole Post Room.

Families go into the Grotto privately, one at a time, in order of arrival.
Gifts and photos
Every paying child receives a present. Our photographers capture your visit, so there's no need for phones, and your photos are available to buy afterwards.

Booking fee charged by Skiddle at checkout. Babies under 12 months go free with a paying older sibling.

- Every booking must include at least one paying child.
- Babies under 12 months can come in free with an older paying sibling and join the family photos. Free infant places don't include a gift.
- If the only child visiting is under 12 months, please book a 1 Child ticket. Your little one will then receive their own present from Father Christmas.
- If you miss your arrival window, we can't guarantee entry. Allow time for travel and parking.
- Tickets are non-refundable and booked times can't be changed.
